At GMP Consulting Group, we are looking for an independent and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Coordinator to take responsibility for a broad range of finance and administrative tasks. You will become an important part of our organization and play a key role in ensuring that our internal processes run efficiently and professionally.

 

Key Responsibilities

As our Finance & Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of essential finance and administrative activities, including:

  • Daily bookkeeping, including expense management, invoicing, payment processing, cost allocation, and VAT reporting.
  • Following up on outstanding customer payments, including issuing payment reminders and managing overdue accounts.
  • Reconciling bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other balance sheet accounts.
  • Payroll administration, including monthly payroll, pensions, parental leave, sick leave, tax administration, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Reviewing and approving consultants' timesheets, expense claims, and reimbursements.
  • Creating, maintaining, and administering the company's internal systems.
  • Preparing and managing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinating and conducting the annual review of the company's insurance policies.
  • Project administration, including budget follow-up, invoicing, and financial project management.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting principles, legislation, and internal procedures.
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks within finance, administration, and HR.

     

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Finance & Administration Coordinator role.
  • Has an open, positive personality with a good sense of humor and a confident, outgoing approach.
  • Works in a structured manner with excellent attention to detail.
  • Enjoys taking ownership and working independently.
  • Has experience with financial systems, preferably e-conomic and Intempus.
  • Has strong Excel skills and is comfortable working with data.
  • Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills and can interact professionally with both employees and management.
  • Has a natural interest in optimizing processes and creating structure and transparency.
